Are there any other charges?

No! You only pay for what you want and this covers our entire service dependant on pricing package you have chosen – Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, there is no additional payment due on placement. Put it simply, we don't charge for an expensive service that you don't actually receive.

Surely there is a catch? You can do all this for a low flat fee?

We have worked hard to create the infrastructure & technology that allows us to deliver an effective low fixed price recruitment service. By using this technology and by employing this method of recruitment our involvement in the recruitment process is greatly reduced. Ultimately we pass those savings on to you! In addition we do not have fancy "high street" offices, paying high rents.

I have multiple jobs I need to fill throughout the year, can you offer me a discount?

Yes, In the long-run this could end up saving you even more. We offer Multi-Pack Vacancies based on 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 vacancies. Multi-Packs are valid for a calendar 12 month period, starting from the date of first vacancy going live. The fees for the Multi-Packs will substantially reduce your cost per vacancy. What type of industries/vacancy’s can you recruit for?

We work with companies of all sizes and have successfully sourced everyone from IT, Finance & Accountancy, Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR, Office Support & Secretarial. Whatever industry you’re in, we can help!

How long will you work on my vacancy & when can I expect CV’s?

Initially we will advertise your role for up to 28 days. In our experience, the majority of the response is normally received within the first two weeks – Our aim is to give you the opportunity to contact them as soon as possible.

What is the difference between R3C and a traditional recruitment agency?

Most traditional agencies follow a "placement fee" model which can be potentially several £thousands. We work on a simply flat fee model

All this without compromising on quality and service.
Unlike the traditional recruitment agency where the process is facilitated and controlled by a recruitment consultant, we aim to simply bring candidates and employers closer together

Where do you advertise?

We have access to in excess of 100 online job-sites including almost all of the major UK boards (such as Jobsite, Fish4Jobs, Monster, Total Jobs, Reed and The Hotonline Network) and many niche sites covering specific industry sectors and geographical regions.

Can you interview potential candidates on my behalf?

Yes of course! We will review and telephone interview the candidates for you against your vacancy brief. We then present you with a shortlist of recommended candidates, with interview notes. We will also reject any unsuccessful candidates on your behalf.

Are you a recruitment agency or internet job board?

Neither! Our service bridges the gap between Internet Job Advertising and a full recruitment service. By utilising modern recruitment methods and Internet technologies in a centrally coordinated and largely automated way we are able to significantly reduces the costs compared to "conventional" recruitment agency services - Ultimately we are able to pass the cost savings back to you.

What happens if I am unable to find my ideal candidate?

For peace of mind we understand that you’re probably not used to online recruitment and you might feel a little daunted by the prospect of it. To help you on the way and to reduce any risk for you, we guarantee our service. If you don’t fill your vacancy whilst working with us, simply let us know and we’ll either re-run the service for you for the same vacancy, or give you a 100% credit against a future role. How will my company be represented?

Every response to your advert will receive a professional response whether successful or not. In addition they will receive comprehensive suite of tools for Career Advice and Guidance. All calls will be handled professionally and are typically answered within a few rings.

How can R3C save me time and money?

Our fixed fee recruitment offering is unrivalled against both traditional recruiters and other Internet Recruitment based businesses. We will only provide you with a pre-qualified shortlist so (unless you require differently) you will only receive relevant CVs. In addition all calls and emails associated with your vacancy will be fielded by our team. This will free you up to do what you do best - run your business! Lowering staff attrition rates is one of the most cost effective ways to increase your bottom line. By incorporating psychometric profiling, a full interview aid and formal skills testing into our service we aim to make your own internal recruiting process more robust.

Will there be any additional cost if I employ more than one person from the CV's you send me?

No! We charge per recruitment campaign and not per placement. Therefore you are free to employ as many people as you like from the CV's we send you at no additional cost.

Do you advertise & source CV's like conventional recruitment agencies?

Yes and no. We do utilise all recruitment methods & techniques a conventional recruitment agency does, but more efficiently. We utilise modern recruitment methods and Internet technologies in a centrally coordinated and largely automated way.
